Quality/Administrative Technician

DESCRIPTION

  • Promote the necessary actions for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with it, the requirements of reference standards and customer satisfaction;
  • Support in disseminating the policies, objectives and procedures of the QMS to the company's departments;
  • Support in the definition of quality objectives;
  • Support the Areas in the review of the System and Quality issues;
  • Manage the QMS support documents and forms together with the supervisor;
  • Provide support in drafting the documentation to support the QMS;
  • Support in the analysis of non-conformities, their causes and the definition of corrective actions;
  • Support the coordinator and heads of departments in identifying training needs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High level of organization;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ease of interpersonal relationship;
  • Initiative, dynamism and high professional sense;

 

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Quality, management or related areas to the Quality sector;
  • Training in Quality, HCCP and/or complementary areas;
  • Good knowledge of computer in user's perspective;
