Professional Internship - Quality/Administrative Technician

DESCRIPTION

  • Promote, along with the internship supervisor, the necessary actions for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with it, the requirements of reference standards and customer satisfaction;
  • Support in disseminating the policies, objectives and procedures of the QMS to the company's departments;
  • Support in the definition of quality objectives;
  • Support the Areas in the review of the System and Quality issues;
  • Manage the QMS support documents and forms together with the supervisor;
  • Provide support in drafting the documentation to support the QMS;
  • Support in the analysis of non-conformities, their causes and the definition of corrective actions;
  • Support the coordinator and heads of departments in identifying training needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High level of organization;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ease of interpersonal relationship;
  • Initiative, dynamism and high professional sense;
  • Eligible for IEFP internship.

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Quality, management or related areas to the Quality sector;
  • Training in Quality, HCCP and/or complementary areas;
  • Good knowledge of computer in user's perspective;
