Reservations Agent

DESCRIPTION

  • Entering/processing reservations in the hotel's PMS;
  • Customer service via telephone, email, in person, and online channels such as WhatsApp and chatbot;
  • Preparing reservation proposals for direct customers and handling them via the group's Booking Center;
  • Controlling and processing reservation deposits;
  • Performing upselling and cross-selling actions;
  • Resolving other situations inherent to the reservations department;

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Hotel Management/Tourism, or equivalent professional training;
  • Experience in similar roles
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, dynamism, and teamwork;
