Maintenace Assistant Manager

DESCRIPTION

  • Analysing and processing orders for materials needed for day-to-day interventions and corrective actions;
  • Receiving and checking ordered materials;
  • Control and management of the maintenance department's warehouse;
  • Supporting the systems and processes that enable high control in maintenance management and service budgeting;
  • Programme and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance activities to be defined;
  • Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC and the like, other work specific to the section;
  • Creation and application of internal service procedure documentation, using a checklist;
  • Coordination and management of the maintenance team.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in hotel maintenance;
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance;
  • Basic user knowledge of Microsoft;
  • Driving licence;
  • Organisational and planning skills;
  • Responsible, reliable and assiduous;
  • Flexible, proactive, with a spirit of initiative and teamwork;
  • Availability and flexibility for rotating hours and shifts.
  • Minimum schooling at 12th grade level (preferably with Technical-Vocational Training in Maintenance);
