Maintenace Assistant Manager

DESCRIPTION

  • Support in the coordination and management of the work team;
  • Preparation and planning of maintenance work;
  • Supervise and perform corrective and preventive maintenance work; 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical knowledge of mechanics, HVAC, electricity;
  • Previous experience in hotel maintenance;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and dynamism;
  • Ability to organize, implement and manage priorities;
  • Driving license - category B.
