This position is the key ambassador for the customer experience within our hotel group.

  

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the role;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Empathy and a genuine enjoyment of customer contact.
