Warehouse Supervisor

DESCRIPTION

  • Checking in and delivering the products ordered, properly recording their departure;
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the permanent inventory, controlling stock levels and stock replenishments;
  • Ensuring the entry and exit of products, loading and unloading with a forklift and/or overhead crane;
  • Execute and control warehouse activity documents;
  • Ensuring the storage and maintenance of goods and the warehouse;
  • Checking that the goods received match the respective order form and transport documents;
  • Ensuring the dispatch of goods to various areas of the organization;
  • Storing materials in such a way as to facilitate their conservation and access and collaborating in the maintenance, cleaning, tidying and clearing of work areas;
  • Carry out other activities or tasks, not specified above, whenever they are deemed necessary to achieve the company's objectives.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a maintenance or construction warehouse (preferred);
  • 12th grade education;
  • Sense of responsibility, organization and proactive;
  • Availability and flexible working hours;
  • Knowledge of maintenance and/or construction will be an asset.
