Accommodation Manager
DESCRIPTION
We are a prestigious hotel group, a leading name in the Algarve, and we are currently expanding our team.
We are looking for an Accommodation Manager who is dynamic, strategic and committed to service excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or equivalent fields;
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in 4- or 5-star hotels;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Proficiency in hotel management IT systems;
- Solid knowledge of cost control;
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop a team with a customer-focused approach.
