Entertainment Coordinator

O Grupo Alfagar procura um(a) Chefe de Animação para integrar a nossa equipa e assumir a coordenação e dinamização das atividades de animação dos nossos hotéis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee the entertainment program, ensuring the quality and consistency of the activities offered to guests—in collaboration with external service providers for these activities;
- Ensure compliance with the schedules, programs, and service standards defined by the Group;
- Monitor the performance of external service providers and ensure the quality of the services provided;
- Identify areas for improvement and propose new activities and solutions to enrich the guest experience;
- Liaise with the various departments within the hotel, ensuring that entertainment is seamlessly integrated into operations;
- Assist in the management and organization of the resources necessary to carry out activities;
- Ensure that the guest experience is aligned with the Alfagar Group’s quality standards and positioning.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of tourist entertainment or hospitality;
- Experience coordinating teams, suppliers, or service providers is a plus;
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic, creative, responsible, and proactive personality;
- Focus on quality and guest satisfaction;
- Portuguese and English—required;
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Flexible schedule and availability to support entertainment operations;
