Reservations Agent
DESCRIPTION
Entering/processing reservations in the hotel's PMS;
Customer service via telephone, email, in person, and online channels such as WhatsApp and chatbot;
Preparing reservation proposals for direct customers and handling them via the group's Booking Center;
Controlling and processing reservation deposits;
Performing upselling and cross-selling actions;
Resolving other situations inherent to the reservations department;
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Hotel Management/Tourism, or equivalent professional training;
Experience in similar roles
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS;
Fluent in Portuguese and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
Strong communication skills, proactivity, dynamism, and teamwork;
