Operations Manager
DESCRIPTION
Our challenge is to find a results-driven Operations Manager to lead the operational management of our Hotel Group; this role will be a strategic pillar ensuring service excellence, maximum profitability across our properties and team motivation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- A degree in Hotel Management or a similar subject.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and build rapport.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent stress management and a strong focus on problem-solving.
